Sub-category select lists

This page will create a pair of select lists. When a value is selected in the first list,
the correct set of options will appear in the second list

On each line in the large box below, enter the CATEGORY NAME, followed by
a colon, followed by each sub-category value seperated by commas. For example:

Fruit:apple,banana,cantelope,grape,honeydew,kiwi,lemon,lime,mango
Vegetables:carrot,celery,onion,potato,squash,tomato
Meat:chicken,ham,hamburger,lamb,pastrami,turkey,steak
